We’re a growing real estate team looking for a dependable virtual assistant to help manage tenant communication and keep property showings organized. The role is simple but requires someone reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive.
### What You’ll Do
* Respond to tenant and buyer inquiries by email, text, and phone
* Notify tenants and prospects about showings and open house schedules
* Coordinate appointments between agents, tenants, and clients
* Work with the listings team to ensure property ads are posted accurately and on time
* Forward leads, updates, and important information to the correct team members
* Report outdated or incorrect listing details when needed
### What Makes You a Good Fit
* Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
* Strong written communication skills
* Organized and dependable
* Able to manage schedules and follow up consistently
* Based in Canada (all provinces welcome)
No real estate experience required — training will be provided.
### Job Details
* $26 CAD/hour
* 5 hours per day, Monday–Saturday
* 9-month contract with possibility of extension
* Fully remote position
* Independent contractor role
* Must have your own laptop and reliable internet connection
* Work hours follow local Canadian business hours
